Michael Brown

Mr. Brown joined Mustang Fuel Corporation in September 2021. Prior to joining Mustang, Mr. Brown served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Warwick Investment Group, Counsel at Samson Resources and worked in private practice. He has significant legal knowledge and experience in the areas of oil and gas, acquisitions and divestitures, compliance and corporate governance, ESG, private equity, real estate and financing. Mr. Brown received his B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. Mr. Brown is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma Mineral Lawyers Society and Leadership Oklahoma City.
