Primary Function

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assets while continuously striving to improve the performance of employees, processes and operational systems. Management of field operations, predict, prevent, trouble shoot problems and ensure operations are within design limits of facilities.  Ensure compliance of all safety, environmental and regulatory requirements, (OSHA, DOT, DEQ, EPA). Train and mentor employees in the proper operations and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Create high functioning teams, communicate expectations for achieving goals, conduct performance evaluations and development plans to enhance employee performance, alignment and accountability.

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Proficient with equipment operations and knowledge of specifications

Good crisis management skills

Have strong multi-tasking skills

Be results-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work

Be forward-thinking with the ability to think creatively and help develop recommended solutions

Education & Experience

Seven to ten years’ experience in midstream field operations.

Management experience preferred.
