Responsible for providing high-quality IT support services and provide daily maintenance of the computing environment. Has the primary responsibility for network administration as well as installing and maintaining hardware, software, and networking equipment. Responsible for maintaining the company’s cybersecurity profile and the Microsoft 365 and VMware environments. Assists in the identification of technology requirements and solution alternatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Network administration in a Windows platform
Microsoft 365 technical support
VMWare technical support
Microsoft Azure experience is a plus
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Management Information Systems, or Microsoft Systems Engineer certification preferred.
5 experience providing network administration, end user support for both hardware and software
issues, and technical maintenance and support for PCs and servers. MS 365 required; VMware experience preferred.
